3 Game Modes for English Vocabulary Practice
After children have browsed the English flashcards in any category, they can switch to Games mode to challenge themselves. There are three levels of game:
- 1. Matching Game — Children see an English word or hear it spoken, then choose the correct picture from four options displayed on screen. This tests English vocabulary recall in a low-pressure, visual way. Perfect for ESL learners aged 3 and up.
- 2. Audio-Visual Matching Game — The app plays an audio clip of an English word — no text shown — and children must select the correct image. This is a pure listening comprehension test that builds the kind of rapid English vocabulary retrieval children need for real-life conversation.
All three game modes are available for free categories without any payment. Games for premium categories require the one-time upgrade.
3. Boss Level
The ultimate challenge — a rapid-fire quiz that draws English vocabulary from across multiple categories. Children are tested on everything they've learned, building long-term retention of their full English vocabulary set. Points are awarded for correct answers, creating a motivating feedback loop that keeps children coming back to improve their English score.
