1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact details
• Location data
• Device identifiers tied to your identity
• Photos, microphone input, or camera data
• Behavioural or usage data for advertising purposes
• Account credentials of any kind

2. No Advertising

This app contains no advertisements of any kind. We do not use ad networks, behavioural tracking, or interest-based advertising.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking services. No data about how your child uses the app is collected or sent to any server.

4. Local Data Storage

The app downloads and stores flashcard content — Hindi words, images, and audio files — locally on your device. This data:

• Contains no personal information
• Is used solely to allow the app to work offline
• Is deleted when the app is uninstalled

5. In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional premium upgrade via Apple's in-app purchase system (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status on our end.

RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier to verify your purchase. It does not receive your name, Apple ID, Google account, or payment information. All purchases require Face ID, Touch ID, a device passcode, or Google Play authentication — providing a natural parental control for any purchase action.

6. Optional Feedback

The app includes an optional feedback form accessible from the Settings screen. If a parent or guardian chooses to submit feedback:

• An email address may optionally be provided — this is entirely voluntary
• Feedback is sent directly to Swapna Studio and is not shared with any third party
• We use feedback only to improve the app

Children are not directed to use the feedback form. It is intended for parents and guardians.

7. Parental Controls & External Links

Any buttons in the app that open external links (such as rating the app or viewing our other apps) require a parent to pass a simple math challenge before proceeding. This ensures children cannot navigate outside the app without a parent's awareness.

In-app purchases require Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode, which serves as an additional parental control.

8. Children's Privacy

While this app is intended for a general audience, we recognize it may be used by children, including with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Regardless of a user's age:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children
• We do not show behavioural or targeted advertising to any user
• We do not share any user's data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us at support@swapnastudio.co and we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into this app is:

We do not integrate advertising networks, social media SDKs, or analytics platforms.

10. Security

Because we do not collect personal data, there is minimal privacy risk to users. Flashcard content is downloaded over secure HTTPS connections. All in-app purchases are handled by Apple's or Google's secure payment infrastructure.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update notice.
